if you must, you may disagree, but i firmly believe that there is something genuinely addictive in that dish called 'manchurian' - that ubiquitous food of the darshini's and copycat north Indian restaurants usually run by traditional southies.
Any wedding/reception you go to has the cauliflower(traditional) or baby corn (more recent) version of this dish.
I've kinda learned to predict these buffets before-hand nowadays. If its a reception, there is almost a 90% chance that you will see my favourite manchurian along with the usual maida preparations of paratha, naan or roomali...
